Falling Leaves

That's all that seems to be happening around here--the leaves are falling. As soon as you mow them, rake them & burn them, more are falling to the ground. I LOVE our trees and the nice setting they give our house, but not so much in the fall. :)
Last weekend was a fun fall work day in the yard. As you can see the kids and dog enjoyed themselves greatly! At one point both kids were buried under leaves, and Jones was making a "Leaf Angel." Can you say allergy flare up? Bring on the Zyrtec! :) Happy Raking

Bad Blogger

Hello My name is Beth Ann and I AM SUCH A BAD BLOGGER...

I really want to blog, but who has time? There are kids to love on, rooms to clean, clothes to wash, food to cook, kids to get to too many places, exercise, a dog to paly with and sleep!!! How can I ever fit it all in? Well obviously I can't--it's been a month since I have logged on so for now I have given up trying to be a consistent blogger. I go in spurts, so just keep checking in and hopefully at some point there will be a new, exciting (OK maybe not exciting) post...I'm getting as bad as my cousins about blogging! :)

November so far...Soccer season is offically over, and we have a trophy to prove it! Jones LOVED playing socer this year, and he had great coaches...thanks Daddy & Coach Don! Now moving on to UpWard Basketball for him, his head coach may not be quite as good as the soccer coaches were...the head coach is me, kind of scary! :)

AND

Some of our best friends while living in VB, the Sullins, moved to AL this month for Josh to be the Worship Pastor at Meadow Brook Baptist Church. It was fun being the new girl in town and having another new girl move in that you got along so well with! Anyway they stopped in for a quick hug and goodbye before they left the state. We were sad to see them go so far, but happy for the new opportunity God has given them. Alabama you will be blessed to have the Sullins there!

That's it for now...the kids and I will post something next week because as Jones likes to say, "We are out of school for 9 days!" Woo Hoo!
